  We help businesses receive cryptocurrency payments from customers by showing invoices, tracking the blockchain, and sending updates to the business owner.

• No custody

  We never hold customers' funds, except for subscription payments you make to us for additional features.

• Business wallets

  Businesses add their own wallet addresses; we use those addresses only to display invoices and send payment notifications.

• Customer privacy

  We collect only the data needed to run the service (wallet addresses, transaction IDs, minimal account info). No ads, no third‑party trackers.

• Your rights

  You can update or delete your account at any time. We delete your data when you delete your account.

• Legal

  By using the Service you agree to these terms. We're governed by United States law and disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Wayout.gg (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

   1. You must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
   2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
   3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Description of Services

   Wayout.gg is a cryptocurrency payment gateway that:

   • Presents customers with invoices that include the business's wallet address.
   • Tracks the transaction on the blockchain.
   • Sends updates to the business owner via webhooks, email, or other digital channels.
   • Provides record‑keeping and metrics to business owners. The Service does not process or hold customers' funds, except for subscription payments made to Wayout.gg for premium features.

4. Payment & Subscription

   1. Customers pay the business directly from their own wallet; the Service merely facilitates the transaction.
   2. Businesses may pay subscription fees to Wayout.gg in cryptocurrency or other accepted funds. Those funds are held by Wayout.gg only for the duration of the subscription and are used to provide the agreed‑upon services.
   3. All payments are final; refunds are only issued by discretion of Wayout.gg for subscription fees, and not for customer payments to businesses.

5. User Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
   • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
   • Misrepresent yourself or your business.
   • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

6. Privacy & Data Use

   We collect:

   • Wallet addresses entered by businesses and customers.
   • Transaction identifiers and blockchain data.

7. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Service, including software, documentation, and user interfaces, is owned by Wayout.gg or its licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

   The Service is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. Wayout.gg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate your account for:

   • Violation of these Terms.
   • Fraudulent activity.
   • Failure to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, we will delete your account data unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States of America.

11. Modifications & Notices

    We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the Service and, for material changes, we will provide email notification.
